Refund Policy

At Nighthope, we want you to have a satisfactory shopping experience. Our Refund Policy outlines the process for returning and refunding orders, ensuring your peace of mind.

1. Returning Your Order: You can initiate a return for your order within 15 days of its delivery. To begin the return process, follow these steps:

  • If you're a registered user, click on the 'Return/Exchange' link in the Order History section of My Account.
  • If you're a Guest User, access the Track Order page and enter your order details.
  • Click on the 'Return/Exchange' link against your order, specify the reason for return, choose a refund mode, and confirm the request.

We prioritize the processing of return requests for prompt resolution.

2. Returning Orders as a Guest User: For Guest Users, the return process is equally simple:

  • Fill in your order details on the Track Order page.
  • Click on the 'Return/Exchange' link, state the reason for return, select a refund mode, and confirm the request.

If you opt for a refund to the original payment method, the process will begin once our courier partner collects the items, taking 3-7 business days. This refund method applies to pre-paid orders using Debit/Credit cards, Netbanking, and Online Wallets. Alternatively, you can choose to receive the refund amount in your Nighthope Wallet, which will be credited after our courier partner picks up the items.

3. Restrictions on Return: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept the return or exchange of briefs, panties, shapewear panties, or opened boxes of multi-piece sets that include panties.

4. Missing Return/Exchange Link: If you're unable to see the return/exchange link on the product when placing a request, please be aware of the following:

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept the return or exchange of briefs, panties, shapewear panties, or opened packs of multi-pieces sets that include panties.
  • Our return/exchange policy allows for returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery. The option to place a return/exchange request will be disabled after this period.

5. Placing Return Requests: If you're unable to place a return request, consider these factors:

  • The return option is only available once your order status is marked 'Delivered' by our courier partner. Allow up to 24 hours for this status to update. If the return option remains unavailable after 24 hours, contact us at [Support Email Address].
  • The return option expires after 15 days from delivery.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept the return or exchange of briefs, panties, shapewear panties, or opened packs of multi-pieces sets that include panties.

6. Tracking Your Return: We'll notify you via email and SMS when we pick up your return order and when it reaches our warehouse. If you've requested an exchange, we'll inform you again when the new items are dispatched. Refund processing emails are sent when the refund is initiated, which may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your account.

7. How to Prepare Returns: To return products, follow these steps:

  • Place unworn, unwashed items with tags attached in the original packaging.
  • Secure the box and products with bubble sheet wrap.
  • Enclose your invoice.
  • Include any Nighthope Collectible gift items or free gift items received.

Please note that returns cannot be processed if items are used, damaged, missing tags, or if accompanying gift items are absent.

8. GST for Orders: GST may vary based on shipping city and product price.

9. GST Refund for Returns: Returned orders will receive a GST refund. Shipping charges, however, are non-refundable.

10. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of briefs, panties, shape wear panties, or opened boxes of multi-piece sets that include panties. Cash refunds are not applicable to gift cards and gift wraps. Individual items from multi-packs cannot be returned. Specific sale events or offers may have separate return/exchange terms. Returned items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may be refused. Gift items cannot be exchanged.

11. Conditions for Return/Replacement: You may return or replace Nighthope products under these conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – physical damage/tampered product or packaging

12. Non-Returnable/Non-Replaceable Items: Nighthope products cannot be returned or replaced if:

  • Items are opened/used/altered.
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
  • The request is made after 21 days from delivery.
