Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier partner's commitments. 3. Shipping Method: To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders, we collaborate with reliable national courier companies. Your order will be shipped directly to your doorstep.

4. International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within [Your Country/Region]. We regret to inform you that we do not provide international shipping services at this time.

5. Missing Items in Shipment: While we take every precaution to ensure accuracy during our packing process, if you find an item missing from your shipment, please double-check your invoice enclosed with the package. Important Notes:

  1. If, by any rare chance, we are unable to deliver an item in your order, rest assured you won't be charged for that item if you've selected Cash on Delivery. For online payments, the full amount charged for the item will be refunded.

  2. If we are unable to ship your order completely within 10 working days of placing the order, we will cancel the unshipped portion. Any payment against the unshipped part will be refunded to your bank account, Nighthope wallet, or by cheque, as per your preference. If you observe that the package is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and immediately contact our Customer Care at +91 99534 57298 or email us at info@nighthope.com.. We will arrange for a replacement delivery promptly.

  3. For some locations served by India Post, a Cash-on-Delivery order shipped through VPP service may incur an additional charge of 5% of the invoice value. This charge will be collected by the local post office during delivery.
